I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean, though not up to my expectations. However, the bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of extra amenities like popcorn at 5 pm and fresh-baked cookies with milk at 8 pm. The service was friendly and accommodating, with updated room furnishings and better service appreciated, especially during the 3rd shift. The location was very easy to find, close to where I needed to be, and ideal for a class reunion at the museum, but I had some trouble with a noisy soccer group. The dining experience was substandard for a hotel of this class, with limited hot meal options. The facilities provided the necessary services, but nothing extraordinary.
